Archer Place Apartments (Alma Apartments)

RLH’s Archer Place Apartments project in Gainesville adds a new multifamily development to one of Florida’s most active university markets.

The project is designed to expand residential options in a growing area while giving RLH another opportunity to apply its experience in coordinated apartment construction and community-scale delivery.

As construction progresses, Archer Place will strengthen RLH’s portfolio of current multifamily work across Central and North Florida.
